Perimeter 81 is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join as the first in-house legal member of our fast-growing and award-winning B2B SaaS security startup based in the heart of Tel Aviv

As the company’s legal counsel, you will be working on a wide variety of compliance and commercial contracts, including privacy, GDPR, compliance, services agreements and vendor agreements, as well as other general corporate law advice.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal contracts with our global clients, partners, vendors, and third parties (services agreements, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS license agreements, distributors, resellers and MSP’s)
  • Lead the company’s privacy and data protection adherence, building and maintaining global privacy and data protection compliance and governance framework.
  • Advice on a variety of regulatory areas such as privacy, GDPR, anti-corruption etc. to enhance and ensure organization’s compliance
  •  Implement and manage a central mapping system to track and ensure compliance for all company data collection and related operations.
  • Create, implement, administer, and supervise all compliance related programs, policies, procedures, and controls required to ensure adhering to applicable regulations
  • Support, manage and negotiate agreements in various geographies in support of our growing global business  
  • Organize and track all of the company’s agreements with regards to customers and vendors
  •   Interact and work with the company's departments (sales, HR, product, marketing and finance) on diverse legal issues


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a leading university
  • A valid certification and license to practice law
  • At least three years of experience at a leading firm - a must
  • Experience in GDPR, global Privacy and compliance - a must
  • Experience in corporate law, financial regulations and startups - a must
  •  Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations
  • Ability to work in US business hours (as needed)
  • Tech savvy, oriented and technical capabilities and understanding of software companies and systems (advantage to experience in implementing compliance tools)
  • Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills - a must
