Perimeter 81, a cybersecurity scale-up in the hyper-growth stage, is seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Media Buyer to join our demand generation team. This is a full-time position from our offices in the heart of Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing our Media buying and managing our Media campaigns and will work closely with our Marketing, Data, Sales, and Design teams.  We are looking for someone who is data-driven and a quick learner who can take full ownership of our integrated campaigns and uncover new opportunities. Job Description

  • Bring new business to the company by buying media and advertising on relevant websites
  • Negotiate and evaluate media buying opportunities
  • Monitor and ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Optimize and analyze data in order to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Buy traffic in CPM, CPC. CPL, CPA
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets within an ROI-driven marketing strategy and run data-driven experiments and A/B tests to optimize our activity.
  • Collect and analyze campaign data to identify optimization steps for future campaigns and new opportunities
  • Work closely with the Marketing Automation team, SDRs, BDRs, Design, Biz Ops, BI, Product Management, and Content to constantly improve performance and marketing materials.
  • Work with our in-house design and content teams to continuously develop and optimize ad campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience within the field of programmatic media buying and campaign management in mobile advertising, with experience in arbitrating performance campaigns.
  • Experience in online marketing - Media Buying position - a must
  • Negotiating skills
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS at a, B2B company (cybersecurity a huge advantage)
  • BA/B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics or other quantitative fields - a must
  • Experienced in working with marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce/Pardot, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Looker.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding Excel & data analysis skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
  • Highly organized, self-learner and, multi-tasker who is, able to work independently, who takes initiative and has a "can-do" approach
  • Excellent spoken and written Hebrew & English
