Intro

Perimeter 81 is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and driven BizOps Team Lead to join our rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup, based in the heart of Tel Aviv. The BizOps Team Lead will be responsible for creating and maintaining sustainable and scalable solutions for cross-functional challenges. You will take ownership of all business and marketing automation activities and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, R&D and BI Teams.

Job Description

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and quantify strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements
  • Define processes for achieving company goals
  • Drive programs to meet the rapid growth of the organization and achieve attainment of strategic objectives
  • Manage the daily tasks and responsibilities of the business operations team 
  • Support the internal team’s processes and optimize their day-to-day work
  • Ensure consistent and efficient execution of all functions 
  • Work closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes and programs

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business operations administration and managing Salesforce and Marketo - a must
  • Expertise with billing systems including subscription management, invoicing, quotes management etc. - a must
  • Extensive understanding and experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications - a must
  • High level of business acumen and clear understanding of marketing funnels and sales lifecycle
  • Experience as a team lead - huge advantage
  • Experience with complex budgeting spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in business English
  • Ability to convey operational status and issues to multiple functions within the organization
